Telesure is a marketplace, not a licensing board and not a licensing agency. It matches a clinician with an independent specialist who does this work full time, then that specialist manages the process directly with the clinician. Telesure does not issue licences and does not decide applications. Every decision is made by the relevant state board, hospital or payer.
Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses and therapists. Common situations include moving to a new state, adding states for telehealth practice, joining a group practice that requires hospital privileges, or getting enrolled with commercial and government payers before seeing patients.
Initial state licence applications and licensure by endorsement. Additional-state licences and renewals. Interstate Medical Licensure Compact applications and multi-state strategy. Timelines are set by each board and each payer, not by Telesure or the specialist. State medical licence processing varies widely by state. Commercial payer credentialing commonly runs 60 to 150 days. Medicare enrolment through PECOS is faster for most complete applications. A specialist can keep an application moving and respond quickly to requests, but cannot shorten a board's own review.
Two separate costs. State board fees, fingerprinting, primary source verification and transcript costs are paid directly to the board or vendor that charges them. The specialist's own fee is separate and is agreed between the clinician and the specialist.
