Should I use Verifiable or Telesure for licensing and credentialing?

These answer different questions. Verifiable sells automated credentialing software and CVO services to payers, health systems and digital health companies managing many providers at once. Telesure matches one clinician with an independent specialist. If you are the clinician trying to get your own file through, Verifiable is not a service you can sign up for directly.

Home › Guides › Telesure vs Verifiable: Which One Is For You?

Verifiable is a credentialing automation platform built for payers, provider groups, digital health companies and CVOs, not for individual clinicians. Its own pages describe automated primary source verification connecting to over 3,200 sources, CAQH-integrated provider intake, auto-generated credentialing packets built to NCQA standards, and an optional in-house CVO team an organization can use instead of or alongside its own staff. Verifiable's blog has announced NCQA certification in the past; current certification status should be confirmed directly with Verifiable or NCQA rather than assumed from an older announcement. Verifiable does not publish pricing; it is quote-based, and the only available estimates come from third-party transaction-data aggregators, not from Verifiable itself.

Telesure is a marketplace: it matches an individual clinician with an independent licensing or credentialing specialist so you can compare scope, timeline and price before committing to anyone. There is no organization-level software contract, no committee workflow to configure, and no enterprise sales process. If you are one clinician or a small practice trying to get your own licence or payer credentialing done, you are not Verifiable's buyer; you are Telesure's.

What is Verifiable?

Verifiable is a credentialing automation platform sold to healthcare organizations, not to individual clinicians. Its own pages describe automated, direct-to-source primary source verification connecting to more than 3,200 sources including license boards, the NPDB and the DEA, a digital intake form that pulls provider data from CAQH, auto-generated credentialing packets built to NCQA standards, payer enrollment rosters for delegated credentialing arrangements, and an optional CVO team organizations can use instead of or alongside in-house staff.

Verifiable's buyers, per its own pages and third-party company profiles, are payers, provider groups, digital health companies and CVOs managing credentialing for many providers across a network. A concrete payer example: Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina announced it would use Verifiable for primary source verification in credentialing and recredentialing starting February 2026.

What is Telesure?

Telesure is a marketplace that matches an individual clinician with an independent licensing or credentialing specialist, so you can compare scope, timeline and price before committing to anyone. There is no software platform to configure and no committee workflow; a clinician describes what they need and the match points to specialists you can evaluate directly.

Who is each one actually built for?

Verifiable's stated buyers are organizations with their own provider networks; Telesure's is the individual clinician or small practice with their own licence or payer file to get through. The two are not usually competing for the same purchase decision.

Verifiable fits if

You are a payer, provider group, health system or digital health company that needs to automate primary source verification and credentialing packet generation for many providers, and can go through a sales process to get there.

Telesure fits if

You are one clinician, or a small practice, who needs a specific state licence or payer credentialed and wants to compare an independent specialist's scope, timeline and price first.

These serve different buyers more than they compete. An organization evaluating Verifiable's platform for its provider network is not the reader trying to work out how to get their own next licence or payer file through, and a solo clinician is very unlikely to be offered a direct Verifiable account. If you are unsure which category you are in, the sign-up process is the fastest test: Verifiable starts with contacting sales; Telesure starts with a short form about what you personally need.
