Remote Licensed Therapist – Full-Time Opportunity in California

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to deliver high-quality virtual care. This full-time position is open to licensed professionals in California who want the flexibility of working remotely.

Employment Type: Full-time, remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Key Duties:

• Conduct client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms.
