With Outpatient Centers in Murphy, Hayesville, Bryson City, Robbinsville, Franklin, and Waynesville, we provide comprehensive behavioral health services across the seven western counties of North Carolina. Outpatient services play a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities.
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will:
Compensation: Enjoy greater earning potential -- Therapist are paid per service rendered, with each clinical service assigned a specific Relative Value Unit (RVU) rate. This allows for flexible earning potential based on your productivity and the types of services provided!
Our Piece Rate Range is from $43 to $49 per RVU - depending on licensure and experience.
Eligible candidates must possess, or be eligible for, one of the following licenses in North Carolina: LCSWA, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, etc., and be in good standing.
